DJ Ubik, under the influence by bands Kraftwerk, Prodigy, Depeche Mode,etc.. in year 1997. started his DJ career at private parties in the club "Arka" in the upper town in Zagreb, and there he has his first gig. Together with his buddies, DJ's (LePhre, Dux, DeFacto, Lucas Leiner, Matija Tonkovich and Spinn), in year 2001. they organized quite popular and attended Sunday's evening named "House Caffe" in "OTV club" (now Boogaloo club), which takes a couple of seasons, and then program moves from "OTV club" in a cofee bar / night club "Thalia" in the center of the city.
DJ Ubik has performed in the following clubs in city of Zagreb and its surroundings, just few of them: Arka, OTV club, Thalia, Area, Arion, Lap, Cab Club, Blue Night, FUNK Club, Barcode, Fanatic, Sokol, Kino Klub, Pappilon, Masters club, the Best (Zagreb), the Best (Požega), Open Air Chudesna Shuma (Slavonski Brod), Nautilus (Koprivnica), COLLOSEUM (Gradačac / Bosnia and Herzegovina), etc ...
He prefers styles like deep, electro, psy, vocal, tribal, minimal, tech HOUSE, with emphasis on deep, tech and minimal house. Last 10 years he is working with Zagrebground team (Shagam, Spinn, the Oliver, luka313, lumber-jack, shinn, thelight VJ's) on the project and organization of series of parties named "DeepZG" which is regulary held in KINO KLUB in Jadran Film, and later to the day today in Masters Club in Zagreb.
